Student Systems

Programme management involves prioritising, planning, estimating, and resourcing, whilst ensuring that each proposed programme of work is aligned to the business and corporate strategy.  Approval for each programme of work is obtained from the Student Information System Committee (SISC) on a quarterly basis and, on approval, the programme is coordinated, directed, and implemented in order to achieve expected outcomes and realise benefits.  The programme is transitioned into the business with User Acceptance Testing to ensure stakeholder needs are met.

Each project team comprises of a Project Manager, and functional, technical, training, and testing professionals.  All projects are delivered following a process which comprises the full project lifecycle from pre-project analysis through to live implementation.  The process promotes control and consistency across all projects with stakeholder analysis, project governance, benefits management, risks and issues management, business change management, configuration management, and quality assurance.
