Student Analytics Project


All requests for a change to the system, or for development work, must follow the Change Request process outlined below.

If you would like to request a new report, please complete a Report Request form and send it to the Student Analytics project team via email to Please include as much detail in the request as possible.

Report Request Form

All requests for new reports will be assessed by the Student Analytics team. If the report is feasible, the requests will be worked on in order of submission, depending on prioritisation, workload, and available resource.

Changes and reports will be released as part of the maintenance period each Tuesday. When your change has been completed, you will be notified as to when it will be released.
